Due to the nature of laboratory research reagents and chemical compounds, Sage Fitzpatrick Research does not accept returns or exchanges. Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot guarantee temperature control, storage integrity, or protect against environmental contamination. For quality control and researcher safety, items cannot be restocked or resold under any circumstances.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it within 72 hours of the carrier delivery timestamp:
Email us at support@sagepep.com with your order number and full name.
Attach clear photographs of the exterior shipping container, packaging materials, and the damaged or incorrect vials/items.
Upon verification, we will issue an immediate replacement shipment at no additional cost or process a full refund to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only if requested before the shipment has been fulfilled and assigned a carrier tracking number. Once handed to the shipping courier, orders cannot be cancelled or intercepted.
